Click on the Forgot Password link on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.
Yes, you can change your username in your account settings. Go to Profile Settings and update your username. Note that usernames must be unique and can only be changed once every 30 days.
Billing
Billing and payment questions
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
